From day to day errands, special occasion reservations, packing for a move, checking in on a loved one or taking care of your home while you are away, a personal concierge provides highly customized services to satisfy the wants and needs of their clients with exceptional customer service.

People who understand the value of time. Whether you are a busy professional, parent, or retired, time is something we never seem to have enough of. People who would benefit from having a personal concierge vary from power couples, travellers, business owners, those who offer professional services, or aging seniors who are in need of an extra set of hands.

HOW FAR WILL YOU DELIVER?
We deliver almost anywhere. General day to day operations are within the Goderich and surrounding area but we welcome the opportunity to travel. We understand that sometimes the unexpected happens – forgetting an important document or medication can be detrimental. We do everything we can to solve you dilemma even if this means going out of our way.
HOW DO I PAY?
We accept payments in the form of cash, debit, and all major credit cards. Payment can be made through email, in person, or invoiced depending on the service used. Many of our clients choose to prepay for a monthly membership giving them piece of mind knowing that we are there when they need us.
CAN I CHANGE MY SERVICES?
Absolutely! We are here to help YOU and understand that things can change. Just let us know as soon as possible and we will make the necessary adjustments.
HOW DO I RENEW MY MEMBERSHIP?
When you are happy with the services you are getting and just want more of the same, give us a call or an email to let us know. If you would like to try something different, let us know that too.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T USE ALL OF MY TIME IN A MONTH?
We understand that sometimes you may need us more than other times. When you purchase an independent service, you have 6 months from the date of purchase to use it up. When you purchase an on-going service, the time remaining will be carried forward to the next month.
HOW DO I KNOW HOW MUCH TIME I HAVE LEFT?
When you book your services, we will set up a schedule to remind you when time is running out. This can be done as often as you like in a way that you choose.
ARE THERE SERVICES YOU DON’T PROVIDE?
As long as it is legal and ethical we do our very best to make your requests happen. If something is beyond our ability we have a database of qualified people we can reach out to for assistance.
